Relocation of the corporate headquarter and maintenance hangar from Mirabel to Dorval (175,000 sq.ft.). Delivered in the fall of 2004, the project managed by Aéroporta de Montréal and was part of a strategy aiming at the consolidation of its activities, and the ones of its tenants, on the Dorval site.

This project represents the first opportunity for Air Transat to define its workspace from its inception. Two main objectives guided the creative efforts:

• Turn the workspace into a brand experience, emphasizing its promise to deliver high quality travel and impeccable service at the lowest cost of the industry.
• Ensure that the concept, within an overall framework, delivers some degree of differentiation and adaptability between the various corporate units in response to the wide variety of activites supporting the operations internally.
