After proceeding with the opening of its 249th store in Inner Mongolia, Ports 1961 has officially inaugurated its 250th retail store in Montreal. A Canadian company owned by a Hong Kong family, Ports 1961 remains the largest upscale ladieswear fashion retail chain, with worldwide sales (it is number 1 in China). For its new store in Montreal, a minimalist and luminous concept was developed to reflect the firm#8217;s ‘less is more‘ philosophy. Ædifica’s mandate included store design, prototype design development, environmental graphics and a rollout program.
