Entrusted with the challenge of bringing the ‘Bose experience‘ into a smaller format, a new retail strategy for Bose, Ædifica developed a new store concept and merchandising system while defining a comprehensive communication strategy aimed at refining and simplifying the existing brand elements, and maintaining strong brand awareness. Some key challenges included the development of storage solutions that would not cost Bose functionality in a smaller format and to address flexibility requirements and wiring issues.
